Steak CC is an evolution of the standard peppercorn steak but using Canadian Club. Then after deglazing, intensifying the sauce with a creamy blue cheese. We serve it with boiled baby potatoes and either broccoli or green beans tossed in garlic.
It's usually what Gerry asks for on his b'day.
